Our Beliefs

We Believe that God the father is our Creator,
Jesus Christ is our Savior,
and the Holy Spirit is our Sanctifier who brings us to newness of life.

We accept Holy Scriptures as the divinely inspired record of God's redemptive act in Christ.

We teach that all people are sinners and that a person is saved only by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ.

We define the Church as fellowship of those who confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. The Church is essential to Christian life and growth.

We celebrate two sacraments within our church as the God-given means for penetrating our lives with his Love and Grace. They are Baptism and Holy Communication.

As ELCA Lutherans we believe:
  •  God created us and loves us all.
  •  We are saved by grace. Jesus did this for us on the cross.
  • Through Word and Sacrament (Baptism and Communion)
  • God makes his presence known to us and blesses us.
  •  We are called to be God’s presence in the world.
  •  Everyone is welcome at our church.
